Discovery Consultation

Cancellation Policy

Thank you for your interest in Safe Space At Work. Our complimentary 30-minute Discovery Consultation is an opportunity to learn more about your organization, explore your needs, and determine whether Safe Space At Work may be the right partner. Scheduling & Confirmation Discovery Consultations may be scheduled through our online booking system. You will receive a confirmation after your consultation has been scheduled. Rescheduling & Cancellations We understand that schedules change. If you need to reschedule or cancel your consultation, we ask that you provide as much notice as reasonably possible through the scheduling system or by contacting us. Late Arrivals If you arrive late, we will do our best to use the remaining scheduled time. Depending on availability, we may recommend rescheduling so that we have adequate time for a meaningful conversation. Technical Issues If technical difficulties interfere with the consultation, we will work with you to reconnect or reschedule. After the Consultation If we determine there may be an opportunity to work together, any proposed services, scope, terms, and next steps will be discussed separately. Scheduling a Discovery Consultation does not create a client relationship or obligation to engage Safe Space At Work.
